Our Purpose

At ReHabit the focus is on getting you back to what you want and need to do efficiently. We tailor everything we do with this purpose in mind.

Physical Therapy manual therapy

Experience

I provide in home outpatient PT services with one-on-one care, with each session being one hour. I follow all the same guidelines as if I were to see you in a bricks and mortar clinic including communicating with your doctors regarding your plan of care.

Evaluation

We’ll start with a thorough one hour evaluation that will determine our plan of care. I’ll bring all the equipment that I need to treat you effectively within your home.

After the Evaluation

After the evaluation we will discuss your treatment plan including likely interventions and how often you would like to be seen to achieve your goals. 

In Home Treatment Space

I’m very flexible about setting up a treatment space, I often use: your living room, a home gym, an office or even outside.

All sessions are one-on-one with a Licensed Physical Therapist

All session are 60 minutes long with the option for 90 minute sessions
